Case study of aluminum alloy wheel hub factory
Tianhe Shuangli has planned and designed a smart logistics system for the entire factory of wheel hub manufacturing for the world-renowned brand CITIC Daika. It has been successfully put into use at CITIC Daika Aluminum Wheel No. 6 Factory, achieving intelligent, flexible, digital, and green low-carbon upgrades in wheel production, helping CITIC Daika Aluminum Wheel No. 6 Factory to be selected as the first "lighthouse factory" in the global automotive aluminum wheel industry.
This system can achieve continuous production of 14-24 inch wheel hub mixed lines and traceability of the entire life cycle of the wheel hub. The production line is 3.7 kilometers long, covering the entire process of wheel hub die-casting, gate removal, machining, painting, X-ray machine testing, and other related processes.
